Information you choose to share
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, business or project name, project type, and project details. These fields stay in your browser until you choose to open a draft in your email app. The form does not automatically submit your information to this site or send an email. Review the draft addressed to JackBerg951@gmail.com and press send in your own email app. Opening a draft does not confirm delivery. You can also email directly. Avoid including passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
How information is used and kept
If you send an email, Jack uses what you share to respond, discuss a project, and keep relevant correspondence. Gmail processes emails you send to this address; your own email provider may also process them. Correspondence is kept as needed for those purposes and any business or legal recordkeeping obligations. There is no fixed retention period promised here. This portfolio has no accounts, payment processing, or backend database.
Hosting and technical processing
The site is hosted through Lovable and Cloudflare. These providers may process IP addresses, browser or user-agent information, and technical logs to deliver, secure, and maintain the site. Their settings and policies can affect technical processing and host-level telemetry. This notice does not promise the absence of provider-injected analytics or a particular log deletion schedule. Fonts are served from this site, rather than requested from a third-party font service.
Advertising and browser preferences
No advertising or visitor-analytics code has been added to this portfolio. The site has no advertising or data-sale functionality, and its code does not implement cross-site tracking or change behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. Hosting-provider telemetry may be separate from the site's own code.
